Top 30 advisory firm, Bishop Fleming, is celebrating leaping up the charts of the accountancy league tables to be ranked 30th in the country.

The firm, which delivers accounting, tax, corporate restructuring and advisory services to businesses and private wealth advice to individuals, welcomed the announcement that it is now ranked as a top 30 firm in the prestigious Accountancy Age league table.

Bishop Fleming, with offices in the West Midlands and the South West, has been one of the fastest-growing advisory firms, and this year saw its turnover increase by 12 per cent through organic growth to £22.3m.

The firm has 29 partners and well over 300 staff in the UK, and is ranked 42nd in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.

Commenting on the top 30 ranking, Bishop Fleming’s Managing Partner, Matthew Lee said:

“Our ranking as a top 30 firm reflects our strengthening team and is recognition of how we help our clients to achieve their full potential. Our business growth enables us to continually invest in new talent to expand our team even further.”

The firm recently celebrated 12 of its existing people qualifying as Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Lee added: “Despite uncertainty over Brexit, Bishop Fleming has continued to experience rapid growth in demand for our services across all sectors. The firm is set to expand even further with the forthcoming digital tax revolution and other key issues including Big Data analytics.”

The firm has also been shortlisted in the Large Practice category of AccountingWEB’s Practice Excellence Awards, and Bishop Fleming’s corporate finance team recently won the Business Leader ‘Corporate Deal of the Year 2017’ for their lead advisory work.
