Corporate Finance Deal - Evans Transport

Bishop Fleming provided financial due diligence advisory services to Devon based haulage group Evans Transport, on their acquisition of Hicks Logistics Limited. Hicks Logistics, based in Caldicot, South Wales, provides general transport services and low loaders for specialised powered access vehicles with a fleet of over 90 vehicles operating nationwide.
