Top 40 UK accountancy firm Bishop Fleming has achieved Platinum Champion Partner status with Xero, the global leader in cloud-based accounting software. The firm is now in the top 2% of Xero accountants.
The team at Bishop Fleming have reached the milestone of becoming leading experts and are proud to have been awarded Xero Platinum Partners status. This has been achieved as a result of the significant growth of their clients making the transition to run their business using the latest technology since the launch of Bishop Fleming Accounting Solutions a year ago.
Bishop Fleming partner, Hazel Tucker said: “Xero gives our clients the control and insight they need to take their business forward. By embracing the latest technology we are future-proofing clients against the government’s intended digital tax revolution.”
As part of their strategic direction to offer a cloud-based accounting solution, Bishop Fleming chose to partner with Xero to provide its cloud platform. With intuitive real-time, integrated software, the firm’s clients have been taking advantage of the flexibility and benefits that cloud accounting provides and this has enabled the firm to become a Xero Platinum Partner.
Hazel added: “Xero works very well for a large range of businesses particularly with the inevitable roll out of making tax digital. The platform will significantly streamline the quarterly tax reporting requirements, along with many other advantages. Bishop Fleming, as specialists, are there every step of the way to guide clients as needed.”
Bishop Fleming was recently shortlisted as one of the best ‘Top 50 Tax Teams’ in the UK at the British Accountancy Awards and was also highly commended as ‘Mid-Tier Firm of the Year’. The firm’s professional services include tax, accounting and payroll to a large number of owner managed businesses.
The firm is currently ranked 42nd in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2017, and in 33rd position in the UK’s national league table of accountancy firms.
