On 23 January 2017 North Devon Theatres’ Trust were placed in Administration.

If you have made a deposit for or paid for goods or services by credit or debit card and the goods or services are not going to be received by the due date, you may be able to get your money back by claiming a refund from your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer as soon as you can if this may apply to you. Further information including on time limits that apply is available from the UK Cards Association

If your claim is not for tickets or gift vouchers please correspond using the below email address

Submitting a claim in the administration does not mean you will receive a refund.

There is insufficient cash to enable a full refund to creditors. It is anticipated that any dividend (payout) to unsecured creditors (ticket or gift voucher purchasers are unsecured creditors) on the matter would be minimal.

Your Card Issuer may require a copy of the Notice of appointment as below.

Download a copy of the Notice of appointment of an administrator by company or director(s).

If you have not been able to obtain a refund from a card provider you are an unsecured creditor of the Trust.

You can fill in the form below to lodge your claim in the administration, you will not receive a refund.
