What sets David apart?

David is an experienced corporate finance professional with a lead advisory, banking, debt and equity background working across the entire South of England.

David has worked for large institutions including Big 4 advisory and high-profile banks, transacting and funding a range of mid-market deals, as well as a number of years providing advice to owner managed SMEs within an M&A boutique setting. 

David is passionate about doing what is right for the client, understanding their aspirations from the outset, and providing high quality advice based on twenty five years of transacting acquisitions, disposals, buyouts and finance raisings.  He also has experience in industry, seeing deals from a management team perspective.

David has a degree in Architecture from Bath University and was trained by one of the 'Big Four'.
