Having spent a significant amount of time across the firms’ core service lines, Jamie draws on this experience to provide pragmatic and commercial advice using a commence sense approach. He is passionate about business and driven by his clients’ successes.

As a result of his keen personal interest, Jamie heads up the Automotive sector at Bishop Fleming. This role sees him act as the first port of call for all of our Automotive sector clients, and he thoroughly enjoys talking to these businesses about their challenges, opportunities and needs.

His wide-ranging experience as lead advisory on corporate transactions includes: acquisitions and disposals, transaction support, Management Buy Outs and Buy Ins, due diligence work, fundraising, financial modelling, business valuations and corporate strategy.
