John works with a number of media and creative businesses. He has managed to secure valuable subsidy for a range of media businesses through the R&D Tax Credit regime. John also has experience of the Creative Industries Tax Relief regime.
John has advised property developers and property investment companies in relation to structuring their activities to best fit their objectives and to minimise the tax and Stamp Duty Land Tax (“SDLT”) liabilities arising on property transactions. John works with a good number of our Food and Drink clients, providing valuable input in relation to tax to the key stakeholders and finance contacts in those businesses.
