Manage your business, not your payroll
Included within our fully managed payroll service are security payslips (with e-payslip delivery option if required), the production of P45’s for leavers, a suite of tailored post payroll reports each pay period (which can be provided in either hard or soft copy format sent on email attachment), monthly payment details to the Collector of Taxes, the maintenance of statutory legislation, Real Time Information (RTI) submissions and the preparation of annual PAYE Returns.
We have the ability to process changes late in the pay cycle, employee net salary and third party payments by BACS (if required through our BACSTEL-IP bureau service) and we will liaise with HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf for on-going employee tax code changes, RTI submissions and year-end returns on-line. In essence, once everything was set up, all you would need to provide are the changes to process for each pay period and we do the rest.
Whatever the frequency of your payroll, we request that the variable change data be supplied to us using our pro-forma Excel templates for the submission of the new starter, leaver and variable changes that will require to be processed.
The data is to be sent to us on email attachment, which with data security in mind, we have the ability to encrypt or via our web based Cloud facility. We will provide our Excel pro-forma templates.
You will be allocated your own dedicated point of contact from our payroll team. Following the implementation of your payroll, they will take day to day responsibility for managing this for you. Each of our client payroll’s, once run each pay period, is reviewed by one of our experienced Payroll Supervisor’s prior to this being finalised, helping to ensure maximum accuracy.
Bishop Fleming guarantees that controls and procedures will be performed to a professional, compliant, and high quality standard.

Recently we have chosen to extend the service to statistical data. This is information is currently proving an invaluable aid to the budgeting and pay review processes. The timescales for implementation are driven by when you will require us to assume responsibility for managing your payroll. At Bishop Fleming we aim to ensure this process runs as smoothly as possible. The principle aim to ensure that any disruption to your business during the implementation phase is kept to an absolute minimum. We also ensure from the outset that your requirements are understood and will be met. We appreciate that no two payrolls are the same.
When the timescales for implementation have been agreed with you, we will inform you of the standing set up data we will require. We will also provide an implementation plan with the key tasks, responsibilities and timescales in the form of a step by step guide to ensure nothing is missed.
You will be allocated a dedicated implementer at the outset and they will take responsibility for ensuring a smooth and trouble free implementation. They will remain in regular contact with you from the start to finish of the implementation phase and will remain in regular contact with you throughout. Depending on the size and complexity of your payroll, we may recommend an initial implementation meeting at your location and once the payroll is set up on our system, a period of parallel run testing to ensure that when we assume live responsibility for your payroll, we get this right first time.
If your payroll is processed in-house, the standing data we require should be easily extracted in Excel or CSV file format from your payroll software. This can then in turn be passed to us.
If you currently outsource your payroll, with your consent, we will liaise with your current payroll service provider to obtain the standing data we require.
A trouble free implementation is all part of the service you can expect from us.
